PRESENTATION: ART AND DÉCOR
Lauryn Santini, Art Consultant, will discuss the use of art to enhance decor, how to mix and match styles, how to determine your client’s style, and how to commission artwork. She will also cover framing and art options for every budget. Local artists will be highlighted.
PRESENTATION: INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY
Dyanne Wilson, Professional Photographer, will be giving a photographic tour of some of the most beautiful diplomatic residences in the nation’s capital. She will also discuss key considerations to showcase your projects using professional photography, including: choosing and hiring a photographer; how to prepare for your photo shoot; and licensing and copyright issues.
PRESENTATION: AN AFTERNOON WITH
Michael Stein, a Community Team member from well-known California-based Houzz – a web platform that gathers over 16 million homeowners to click over over 300 million page views each month, will be joining us for the full afternoon.
PART 1 of the workshop will help you gain an understanding of the Houzz platform and the best practices for using Houzz as effectively as possible. You will learn how to establish and manage your company profile, upload photos, obtain reviews, and maximize your market exposure.
PART 2 of the workshop will teach you how to use some built-in tools for finding and communicating with your clients. In addition, helpful shortcuts to save time and maximize the effectiveness of the Houzz platform will be shared.

Non-member Fee $125 + HST = $141.23
